This is a 12x16 original acrylic painting called Chemical Affinity. I created this an image of sprouting plants using a color scheme inspired by a beautiful textile I had seen, featuring greys, black, peaches, mint, lavender, red and neon yellow. The canvas is 1" in depth and is acrylic with visible pencil and pastel lines on hand-stretched cotton canvas.
