Art Classes with Debra
I have been teaching visual art for 21 years in a variety of settings including the Worcester Public Schools, the Worcester Art Museum, Los Angeles area public schools, Heschel Day School, private schools, student homes, and community spaces.
This is the fifth year that I am excited to offer a studio experience at my home in Holden /Jefferson, where students can explore their process in a relaxed setting with a wide variety of materials and methods. These classes are ideal for students who are curious about combining materials, love to explore and play creatively, pursue their artwork independently, or want to boost their skills and confidence! I love to present fun, engaging projects with high quality artist materials to students who are especially motivated.
Each summer class is structured around two morning lessons with a play and snack break in between. One-day workshops and after-school classes also include a snack/play break.
