I make works that are inspired by the natural landscape, food systems, and the microscopic life within them.  Utilizing scientific research and imagery, I create vividly colored pieces where formal elements interplay with symbolism to produce works that reveal the beauty of both familiar forms and imperceptible chemicals and life structures supporting our diets.
